Xbox One Path of Exile Closed Beta Registrations Open

By Keith MitchellJuly 26, 2017

A short while back, Grinding Gear Games, announced that they were bringing over their action-RPG, Path of Exile to the Xbox One. Well, as of today they’ve started taking closed beta registrations. If you’re wanting to test your luck, head on over to their Xbox One Path of Exile closed beta registration site.

You’ll just need to provide an email address and that’s it. You’ll be entered for a chance to partake in the beta.  So far, several people have received their codes and have reported that the download is around 9-10GB. The beta will run for about three weeks and will feature a brand new interface for the Xbox One.

Oh, and don’t be afraid of the grind if you get accepted – it’s not that bad.

The Xbox One version of Path of Exile will include everything that is currently available on the PC version. This includes the including the latest expansion, The Fall of Oriath. However, the Xbox One will also have the ability to play the game via game pads/controllers, unlike the PC version. And did mention that the game will be completely free as well?

Path of Exile has been available to play on the PC since 2013, and since then has enjoyed a healthy and still growing following. Here’s to hoping the Xbox One version takes off when it gets released.
