Manta

Manta(manta.net) today announced the upcoming launch of the Premium Plan, a new subscription tier set to debut on February 11(00:00 ET).  Designed to provide a richer and more versatile storytelling experience, the Premium Plan builds on Manta’s innovative subscription model by combining unlimited access to Manta Originals with the flexibility to unlock GEM-based content – creating a seamless way for users to explore a broader and more diverse library of stories.

Since revamping its GEM currency in September, Manta has significantly expanded its catalog, adding hundreds of titles across various genres. This expansion has introduced readers to a wider selection of stories, further enriching the platform’s offerings and meeting the diverse tastes of its audience.

Manta will offer two subscription tiers designed to meet the needs of its growing user base. For $4.99 per month, the Standard Plan provides unlimited access to a library of over 300 titles, including popular series such as Under the Oak Tree, Betrayal of Dignity, and It Was Just a Contractual Marriage. GEM-based titles remain available on a per-episode basis, giving readers the flexibility to explore additional stories at their own pace.

The forthcoming Premium Plan, priced at $9.99 per month, builds upon the Standard subscription by including 125 monthly Gems. This gives users the opportunity to unlock additional premium content from an expanded library of more than 300 GEM-based titles. Recent highlights in this collection include popular series such as The Pizza Delivery Man and Gold Palace, Regas, and Lucia. By combining unlimited access with premium content options, Manta offers a seamless and enriched reading experience for both casual readers and dedicated fans.

“We designed the Premium Plan with a core focus on delivering the best value and experience to our users,” said Sungmin Kang, Head of Content and Operations at Manta. “We’ve been working tirelessly to keep our unlimited subscription library vibrant and to provide even more ways for fans to enjoy their favorite stories. This plan reflects our vision of bringing captivating stories to fans worldwide while continuing to support our talented creators and partners.”

The Premium Plan reaffirms Manta’s leadership in the webcomic subscription model, demonstrating its commitment to innovation and its mission to deliver high-quality content to a global audience. By offering both affordability and flexibility, the plan makes it easier for users to immerse themselves in popular stories. With more than 600 titles available, the Premium Plan caters to a broad range of reader preferences, ensuring something for everyone.
