Here we go, folks! During the final minutes of the Gamescom ONL event, the Indiana Jones and the Great Circle release date for the Xbox and PC was revealed as a December 9, 2024 release. I’d figure that Xbox would have waited during its event, but they did it here.

With the reveal, Tony Baker, who will be voicing the role of Indiana Jones, narrated the trailer and talked about his experiences with the iconic character and his feelings about being selected to voice the character.

That’s not all, as the reports and rumors were correct, as Indiana Jones and the Great Circle have been announced for the PlayStation, with a Spring 2025 release window. With that out of the way, it will be interesting to see how Xbox handles the amount of frustration that is about to be pointed in its direction.

This comes after it was initially hinted by Phil Spencer that the title would be an Xbox exclusive. Then announcing that four Xbox-exclusive titles would initially become multiplatform titles, those being Grounded, Hi-Fi Rush, Pentiment, and Sea of Thieves. Since then, rumors have been spiraling as to what other Xbox-exclusive games would make the way to the PlayStation and Nintendo platforms. Before this announcement, other titles, such as Star Field and Forza Horizon 5 had been among other games that would head to the PlayStation 5.
