New Armored Core VI Gameplay Is Ready for Your Viewing Pleasure

Armored Core 6 - Action Header

Bandai Namco has released new gameplay footage of its upcoming Armored Core VI title on its YouTube channel.  Of course, I was a bit saddened to see that this is the same footage that was provided weeks ago to influencers and various other content creators. However, unlike then, this gameplay footage is without commentary, so if you need raw footage for whatever, here you go. It’s also in 4K, if you like that sort of thing – like I do!

It’s been nearly ten years since the world has seen a new Armored Core game, and during the 2022 The Game Awards, Bandai Namco revealed Armored Core VI. Since then, we’ve found out a ton of new information regarding the game, such as its massive levels, its high-speed combat, the ability to customize your mech, and more.

As for when we’ll get new footage or information, it is anyone’s guess. All of the Summer gaming conventions are over, and by the time Gamescom 2023 rolls around, the game will be in the hands of reviewers (and hopefully ours). Here’s to hoping BN and Fromsoftware give us a bit more juice before the game’s eventually release.

There’s also an Armored Core VI: Fires Of Rubicon Collector’s Edition And Premium Edition that went up for preorder. I already got mine despite both my wallet and spouse telling me not to. It’s Armored Core. How could I not? I’ve been waiting for a new Armored Core game for decades, and I intend to go all in.

Armored Core 6: Fires of Rubicon will be released on August 25, 2023, for PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC (Steam).
