Mahou Senshi Cosplay Club – Learn to Fight With Style

By Scott AdamsSeptember 14, 2022
Behold Studios Magical Girl Game

Behold Studios has announced a brand new game Mahou Senshi Cosplay Club coming to major Consoles and PC. The current release date is 2023. Behold studios is best known for their games Knights of Pen & Paper and Chroma Squad.

“In Mahou Senshi Cosplay Club the studio is focusing in creating a story driven RPG with their very well-known twist of mixing realities of imagination and meta reference. This time a Magical Girl gets her power from starting a journey in becoming a Cosplayer, and the game will allow you to create costumes and fight in turn-based battles using the costumes you create.

The game features a complete RPG set in a cosplaying world. You’ll have the opportunity to explore events and exhibitions to participate in cosplaying contests. Through exploration, you will expand your inventory with new materials and design parts so you can be more creative on crafting new costumes. As shown in the announcement trailer, it will be possible to collect magical Pins, each of them giving you different abilities and skills.

Behold Studios hasn’t revealed the specific launch date yet. They still have a lot of work ahead and expect that the launch will happen sometime in 2023. The studio is looking for support to complete the game and might recur to Kickstarter to achieve that, as they previously did in 2015 with their Power Rangers inspired RPG, Chroma Squad.

Mahou Senshi Cosplay Club will be heading first to PC and Major Consoles. Behold Studios invites everyone to be part of their community in their discord server, and get the upcoming news and treats first hand. The game is already listed on Steam, so you can wishlist it and hear news from it soon.”
