Windjammers 2 Review

Windjammers 2 Review
[videopress RycEA2Ky]

Game Name: Windjammers 2
Platform(s):  PC, (reviewed), PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, Stadia
Publisher(s): DotEmu
Developer(s): DotEmu
Release Date: January 20, 2022

Windjammers 2 brings back the best parts of the original arcade retro title in modern ways. The pixel art is fantastic with great animations. An addicting playstyle that just makes you want to get better and better.

Though it could have been more ambitious with a training mode or a hands-on tutorial of any kind. Veterans of Windjammers will adapt easily to a more fluid playstyle, while new players will struggle to understand all the new concepts. A highly recommended title for players of the original game or newcomers as well.

Try out Windjammers 2, if you want to see how you fare in this sports fighting mashup.
