Ahem. Yes, while the Knights of the Old Republic Remaster was announced some time ago, this is the first time we’ve seen the footage of it. This is also the first time that KOTOR will make an appearance on the PlayStation platform, as the title previously was only available for the Xbox, PC, as well as mobile ports. Now, PlayStation fans will be able to get into the fun.
Knights of the Old Republic Remaster is also a timed PlayStation exclusive and is in development by Aspyr.
Playstation has just announced a remake of the classic Star Wars RPG Knights of the Old Republic from Aspyr Games. While revealing very little at this juncture, this is going to be extremely exciting news to so many people who grew up with the RPG, and is going to be an amazing experience for anybody yet to play the game.
For some backstory, Knights Of The Old Republic was originally developed by Bioware pre-mass effect, and is generally considered one of the greatest RPGs ever made, both in terms of story and from a gameplay standpoint. People have been clamouring for a remake for years now, and finally, they’ve had their prayers answered.
