Tickets for Violet Evergarden: Eternity and the Auto Memory Doll Go on Pre-Sale

By Josh PiedraFebruary 6, 2020

It was announced today by Funimation that pre-sale tickets for the Violet Evergarden: Eternity and the Auto Memory Doll movie are on sale now! The film is scheduled to run in select theaters across the U.S. from February 17 – 20. The film will be presented in its original Japanese language with English subtitles and will run approximately 93 minutes.

You can get access to the pre-sale tickets as well as information on if the film is playing in your area via the film’s official website here: https://www.funimationfilms.com/movie/violet-evergarden/

Funimation describes the movie as follows:

Violet Evergarden comes to a private women’s academy to tutor Isabella in the ways of being a lady. Heir to the York family, Isabella feels trapped in this new and uncomfortable world. She still grieves for the only person to ever bring her happiness — now lost to her. Violet’s lessons do give her a brief respite from the melancholy but with the absence of joy, how long does it take to truly heal?

The film serves as a sequel to the 2018 television anime series produced by Kyoto Animation that spanned 13 episodes.

A trailer for the film can be viewed via Funimation’s official YouTube channel below:
