Disaster Report 4: Summer Memories Coming West Next Summer 2020

By Keith MitchellJune 20, 2019

It’s like being in the San Andreas flick, just without the Rock to bail you out.

NIS America has announced that Disaster Report 4: Summer Memories is being localized for the PS4/Switch/PC in Summer 2020. Meaning that for the first time in a long time, the Disaster Report series is making its way West. The PS4 version will also include PSVR support, which should be interesting.

The last time we’ve seen a game from the series in the West was back during 2007, with Raw Danger! (Disaster Report 1). Since then, the series has remained in Japan. I quite enjoyed those first two games, so I’m hoping part 4 will be just as enjoyable.

Just like the previous titles, Disaster Report 4: Summer Memories will place you in the role of a survivor after a massive earthquake strikes the city you’re in. You’ll have to face many dangers, make decisions to save your life, as well as those who you come across. Many of with will be in peril. Will you save them or worry about yourself.

There’s also a limited version of the game for the PS4 and Switch. Both are priced at $90 and are available for pre-order at NIS America’s website.
