Jax, Kung Lao and Lui Kang Confirmed As Playable Characters In Mortal Kombat 11

Just announced and confirmed during the PlayStation State of Play live stream. Mortal Kombat veterans, Jax, Kung Lao, and Lui Kang will be playable in Mortal Kombat 11.

Saved for the very end of the live stream, we got to see all three characters during in-game cinematics. No gameplay was shown, however, Netherrealm has stated that we’ll hear more about Mortal Kombat 11 prior to the launch of the game. Meaning we may find out about new character announcements, or new features.

I was a bit worried that none of these characters would make the roster. So I’m really excited about this recent turn of events. Especially since Jax was my main back in the day. Looks like he’ll be my main again.

Mortal Kombat 11 releases for PS4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC on April 23, 2019.
