Ed Boon Provides A Look At The Cover Art For Mortal Kombat 11; Reveal Event Taking Place Next Week

Mortal Kombat II coverart

Ever since the reveal of Mortal Kombat 11 , we’ve been talking about it nonstop. We’ve seen the trailer, we’ve seen Scorpion and Raiden throwdown. Now, we get to see the official cover art.

Teased by Ed Boon a few minutes ago, the cover art shows off the Mortal Kombat poster boy – no, not Liu Kang. It’s Scorpion, the original “Get over here” character we all know and love. It looks really badass, I’m really feeling it.

In addition to the cover art, we also were made aware of the upcoming reveal event for the title. On January 17, 2019, at 11 am PST /2 pm EST, Ed Boon and crew are set to flood the world with as much information on Mortal Kombat 11 as they possibly can. Expect to see new videos, new character reveals and much more.

Mortal Kombat 11 is scheduled for an April 23, 2019 release date on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC.
