Watch out, Witches! ‘Chilling Adventures of Sabrina’ is Coming Back for a Part Two

By Sara Roncero-MenendezDecember 1, 2018

It feels like just yesterday when we first got to watch Chilling Adventures of Sabrina…probably because it was only last month. But there’s no time to waste, apparently, because even though we are getting a holiday special this December, Netflix is eager to let us known it’s coming back this spring.

Now that Sabrina as transitioned into a full witch, we’re going to see more of the academy and its weird traditions. But it’s clear that the show is not done with the human characters yet, as we see Harvey and Roz. And it looks like Sabrina isn’t done with Harvey either, kissing him in an intense and passionate moment. The aunts are as sassy as ever, though now we’ll see what Hilda’s love affairs and Zelda’s stolen baby plot lines are up to.

There were rumors about whether the show would have issues, given that it has run into some legal challenge over a statue copyrights by the Satanic Temple. But it looks like it’s full steam ahead for the show, along with the full cast coming back to continue this story. At least there won’t be a mystery as to whether or not Netflix has faith in this show.

Chilling Adventures of Sabrina Part Two premieres on Netflix on April 5, 2019.

A reporter by trade, Sara is a lover of horror, sci-fi, and all things pop culture. From indies to classics to even the strangest schlock, all movies and TV shows are fair game. She believes Batman is the most fascinating superhero, and that Silent Hill is one of the best horror franchises ever made (as long as you don't count the movies). Fun Fact: The only movie Sara will not rewatch is The Room -- once was more than enough.
