Undefeated so far, Columbia College wanted to put a stop to this. University of California, Irvine would go on to sweep Columbia College in three straight games. A dominant showing from mid-laner Jeffrey “Descraton” Du would help carry the team in the victory. After the game, he had this to say:

“I think coming into this game we were all confident that we would be able to come out on top and that’s what we did. I think for me, I want to finish school first and finish my college degree, and afterwards let’s see what happens.”

– Descraton

In addition to a championship trophy, University of California, Irvine will get customized rings to commemorate their victory.
