Ys VIII: Lacrimosa Of DANA Finally Gets A PC Release Date

And it’s sooner than you think!

For weeks we’ve known that Ys VIII: Lacrimosa of DANA was heading towards an April release date, for the PC version. What we didn’t know is when in April that the game would be released. That is, until today.

Yes, fellow PC gamers; we have a release date. And that date is April 16th, 2018. Yep, that’s right around the corner.

The PC version will include all of the content/DLC that is included in the PS4 and PS Vita versions. In addition, you’ll be able to pick up Ys VIII: Lacrimosa of DANA on both Steam and GOG. Snag the game during the first week and you’ll also get the following DLC, which is otherwise paid content.

• Adol’s Adventure Essentials DLC (including the “Silver Armor” and “Adventurer’s Clothes” costumes)
• Digital Mini Art Book
• Digital Soundtrack Sampler
• Laxia’s “Eternian Scholar” Costume

PC gamers, you waited this long and that wait is almost over. Next week, you’ll be able to finally play the current-generation Ys, on your super powered ultra mega beasts and hopefully, enjoy another amazing jrpg. I know you can’t wait!

Ys VIII: Lacrimosa Of DANA is currently available on the PlayStation 4, PS Vita and soon the PC and Nintendo Switch.
