Netflix Renews MST3K for Another Season

Fear not, lovers of bad movies! The kings of snarky cinematic commentary on Mystery Science Theater 3000 (aka MST3K for the uninitiated) are indeed coming back for another season, all thanks to Netflix.

Many MST3K fans enjoyed Thanksgiving with the 11th annual marathon of the show, where fans can laugh at classically bad B-movies that the rest of the world has tried to forget. At the end of the revelry and bad jokes, Netflix added in a video featuring show creator Joel Hodgson, and actors Felicia Day, and Jonah Ray announcing season 12 would be coming to a screen near you soon.

The season will be available in the U.S., Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand, but no word on an exact date yet. This will be the second season of Mystery Science Theater 3000: The Return and the twelfth season overall. As far as we know, everyone from that first revival season will be coming back to tackle another batch of so-bad-its-funny flicks.
