FLOW Coming to Otakon 2017

It was announced that Japanese rock band FLOW will be attending and performing at this year’s Otakon as part of the Anisong World Matsuri event! Otakon will be held from August 11-13 at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington, D.C.  This will be Otakon’s 24th event!

FLOW is known for several anime opening and ending theme songs. They have performed songs for shows such as: Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion, Eureka Seven, Naruto, Naruto: Shippuuden, Durarara!!x2 Ketsu, The Seven Deadly Sins, Tales of Zestria the X, and Dragonball Z: Battle of the Gods.

The Anisong World Matsuri event will hold concerts on Friday and Saturday as well as other events throughout Otakon weekend. Anisong World Matsuri debuted at Anime Expo last year and Otakon will mark its east coast debut. 

FLOW will join JAM Project during the event as well. JAM Project has performed theme songs for The Soultaker, One Punch Man, ex-Driver, Super Robot Wars, Yu-Gi-Oh GX, Cardfight!! Vanguard, Sgt. Frog and many others.
