Final Fantasy XV In The Real World

Square Enix put out a “new” trailer for Final Fantasy XV at TGS 2015. I say “new”, because most of the footage has already been seen in previous cinematic trailers. This is more of an extension of the previous “Dawn 1.0” trailer. However, this one does give gamers a glimpse at Luna and continues to hint that she will play just as much of a role in the narrative as Noctis and his party. The trailer has been dubbed “Dawn 2.0”:

The team also put out another fun little video showcasing more of the work going on behind the scenes in the production of the game. This time, gamers got a look at the location scouting process and, more specifically, what some of it came to look like in the final game. I will now get less frustrated with the HP-heavy Behemoth knowing that his design was inspired by a cute lion that approached the developer’s car and began licking the window/chewing on the mirrors.

Stayed tuned for more info when the next “Active Time Report” drops on September 19th. You can watch it, or catch up on previous reports, here.
