Yoshimitsu joins the Tekken 7 crew on May 12

News broke a short time ago that Yoshimistu, a favorite among the Tekken community, would be a playable character in Tekken 7 as of May 12. However Bandai Namco now has released a trailer showing off good old’e Yoshi.

And if you’re wondering why Yoshi was added from the start, remember that for Tekken 7, Bandai Namco has taken a page from the older Tekken arcade games and have reintroduced time-released characters.

Check it out below:

Tekken 7 is currently playable in Japanese arcades and arcades in the North American market that have imported it. Have you had a chance to try out Tekken 7 yet?

Many. Actually he looks like a damned Kraken. No clue what the designers over at Bandai Namco are up to….. but it’s definitely weird.

I liked the Cyber-Samurai look the best in Tekken 3. I don’t know WHERE they got this idea from. Yoshimitsu has now become an official aquatic being…OCTOMITSU!
