Don’t call it a comeback, CliffyB is making his return to game development

Cliff Bleszinski or affectionately known as “CliffyB” has just made it known that he will be returning to the world of game development in the near future. He has been a headliner at Epic Games for the past 20 years as a Design Director among other positions before he retired back in October 2012.  As of today he mentioned that he would be returning and that details would follow in the next several days.

I don’t know about the rest of you but I grew up on games that Cliff worked on especially Commander Keen, Unreal Tournament and even Jazz Jackrabbit. So it’s good to see that after some well deserved time off that he’s returning to the scene. Though I’m interested to see where he’ll turn up once he does officially return.
