What are Supplementary Damage Sigils in Granblue Fantasy Relink

By Keith MitchellFebruary 20, 2024
Granblue Fantasy: Relink - It's Zeta!

In our last guide for Granblue Fantasy Relink, we discussed the importance of Damage Cap Sigils and their importance for achieving optimal damage. This guide will kick things up a step higher and talk about the Supplementary Damage Sigil. Funny enough, the Damage Cap Sigils have a cap on how much damage percentage they’ll give you, and once you hit the limit, which is 250%, this is where Supplementary Damage Sigils come in.

Because no one has ever turned down the chance for extra damage.

What does the Supplementary Damage Sigil do

If the Damage Cap Sigil helps push your damage output higher, the Supplementary Damage Sigil pushes it even higher. As I mentioned, the Damage Cap Sigils are capped at 250%, so adding any more becomes useless. But if you add Supplementary Damage Sigils, you can add a chance for your character to do extra damage on top of Attack Sigils and Damage Cap Sigils. This also applies to normal attacks and your skills as well.

The Supplementary Damage Sigil starts at level 15 and can top off at level 45. However, the higher you reach level 45, the better your chance of being rewarded with extra damage. For example, at level 45, you get guaranteed damage.

Where to Find Supplementary Damage Sigils

So far, the only places I’ve acquired Supplementary Damage Sigils are from Curios, endgame items, which we then take to Zathba in Seedhollow’s Tavern. There, he’ll appraise the Curio, and you’ll get a number of items from him, including Supplementary Damage Sigils. Keep in mind that these are rare, and it might take some time to get them.

OK, Where do I Find the Curios

In Granblue Fantasy Relink, Curios are endgame items that drop in Extreme, Very Hard, Manic, and Proud difficulties. On Manic and Proud, the drops are 100%; you’ll get at least one per every mission. While there are plenty of ways to farm the Curios, the best way for me is doing the quests that I feel I can complete the fastest.Granblue Fantasy Relink - Where to get Curios
