Milan Records Announces Chainsaw Man Vinyl Soundtrack Pre-Orders

Milan Records has announced that they have opened pre-orders for the Chainsaw Man vinyl soundtrack! Milan Records will release CHAINSAW MAN (ORIGINAL SERIES SOUNDTRACK) by electronic composer and musician KENSUKE OSHIO as an exclusive 2-LP vinyl set on Friday, May 3. The vinyl edition features Ushio’s original music from the first season of the MAPPA-produced anime series. Based on the global manga phenomenon by Tatsuki Fujimoto, the first season of Chainsaw Man aired in 2022 to massive critical and audience acclaim, immediately becoming the year’s breakout hit.

 

The release arrives as a 2-LP gatefold set with obi strip, newly pressed on vibrant red vinyl with black splatter and accompanied by a 12” insert featuring some of the show’s most iconic scenes from its massively successful first season. There is also an exclusive variant available through Walmart featuring marbled orange vinyl as a nod to fan-favorite character Pochita.

Kensuke Ushio brings to the project a resume of solo electronic music released under the moniker “agraph” as well as scores to A Silent Voice, Space Dandy, Devilman Crybaby, Boogiepop and many other anime titles.
