This seems to be a current trend these past few months. First, we got wind that Gran Turismo Sport has been delayed until 2017, then The Last Guardian gets pushed back to December 2016 and now we’re finding out today that Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8: Final Chapter Prologue has also fallen to the delay bug. This was announced today during the PlayStation TGS press conference.

While the original release date was set as December 2016, it has been pushed back until January 24, 2016. Not very much of a delay, but definitely missing the 2016 holiday season, especially when most gamers in North America would have been off on vacations.

Still no word on Kingdom Hearts 3, but here’s to hoping we’ll hear something at the 2016 Toyko Game Show.
