Except A Solid Launch For SWTOR In 2011

Last week Eurogamer had a chance to speak Bioware’s co-founder, Dr. Greg Zeschuk, who has gone on record stating that the company is definitely targeting a holiday 2011 launch window for the eagerly await Star Wars: The Old Republic.  He fully expects that the title will not slip into the 2012 year and that we will have our hands on the title before the years end.

We’re doing our very best to get it out as fast as we can. With a game like this, getting it all right, getting all the server stuff right is just as important as getting the game right.

It’s relieving to hear that they aren’t taking the launch of SWTOR very seriously and plan on givin  us probably one of the most solid and stable launch of an MMORPG, well since Rift. Well I can’t wait to get my hands on my Republic Trooper! You can keep the Jedi, I need me a Sci-Fi MMO character with a gun.
