So why does point to the Battlefield 3 website?

Why currently poins to the official Battlefield 3 website. Well kiddies, in a nutshell the URL doesn’t belong to Activision (Though I suspect after this little stunt, it soon will). So basically the URL is owned by someone else who basically is a huge fan of Battlefield and is throwing more fuel to Call of Duty vs Battlefield fire.

Net Media Now points out that they noticed this domain going up some time ago and had actually gone to the website which previously had a video about Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3. While the page has been updated, you can still take a look at the Google caching of it by going here. So nothing new here all, just some Battlefield fanboys trying to start something, which in the end of the day will only end up with them losing their domain.

Guys, guys…. why can’t we just enjoy both games? Is that so hard?
