John Wick 2 panel to be hosted at NYCC 2016

John Wick was a breakout action fi;m and definitely one of the best in recent years. If you weren’t impressed with both Keanu Reeves acting and fight choreography in the Matrix films, you definitely would have been after checking out John Wick. Seriously, I watched that in theaters twice and happily dragged my wife with me. So when I heard that John Wick 2 was in the works, well I was excited.

With John Wick 2 being filmed now, the studio wants to drum up the hype for the movie early. Especially since the film is set to be released during February 2017. And what better place to do it than the upcoming 2016 New York Comic Con, where Lionsgate will host a panel devoted to John Wick 2. They’ve even released a really sweet poster of the flick.

Lionsgate will host a power-packed panel that will feature the stars and filmmakers from the highly anticipated feature films John Wick: Chapter 2and Saban’s Power Rangers during New York Comic Con on Saturday, October 8. Fans attending the hour-long panel will be treated to Q&A sessions with the cast and producers of Saban’s Power Rangers and John Wick: Chapter 2, as well as exclusive, never-before-seen footage from both films. Those who cannot attend will be able to watch the panel LIVE on Twitch.

SYNOPSIS: Keanu Reeves returns in the sequel to the 2014 hit as legendary hitman John Wick who is forced to back out of retirement by a former associate plotting to seize control of a shadowy international assassins’ guild.
